Martina Caputy, State President on right, Virginia Society C.A.R. presented a new U.S. flag to the Great Falls Library in appreciation for the use of the Library parking lot as a venue for the flag retirement ceremony. Worn flags may be left at the Great Falls Library year-round for this annual event.
